The Lindy USB Type C to HDMI 8K Converter is a high performance solution, which allows users to easily add external video capabilities to a computer featuring the USB Type C port with support for DisplayPort 1.4 Alternate e. It supports video resolutions of 8K 7680x4320@60Hz and 4K120Hz*, making it the ideal tool for 8K game streaming or high resolution 8K video editing. Additional support for High-Dynamic Range ensures video content can be seen with enhanced brightness, superior contrasts and a much wider colour gamut, for more lifelike colour. HDCP 2.2 ensures issue-free playback of 8K Ultra HD movies and other 8K content. For best performance the use of Ultra High Speed HDMI Cables is recommended.
The converter is powered by the USB Bus, therefore no external power supply is needed, saving space and time when connecting. The Type C connectors' reversible design means a connection can be found regardless of which way the cable is inserted into the port of a laptop, notebook or Macbook. With Plug and Play installation, this converter can be installed with minimum fuss, perfect for both professional and first time users.
