Description
The Vocia® ELD-1 is a networked safety device for use with a Vocia amplifier (e.g. VA-8600/VA-8600c) and is an integral part of standard-compliant voice evacuation and mass notification systems. The ELD-1 tests and reports speaker line integrity between itself and the Vocia amplifier. The device can be surface mounted and utilizes IEEE-compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology. The ELD-1 is compatible with both constant voltage and low impedance systems and does not rely on the speaker line as a power source.
